Hi folks,

This is a small demo program that plays several different sound effects of
various lengths. It's in the same style as "synth sample", which I wrote 
in the mid-eighties and seems to have been fairly widely copied. The
effects sample is almost that old and I figured I might as well post it.

This is meant to work on NTSC C64s, but should work OK on PAL machines and
C128s in 64 mode. It is a uuencoded binary.
