I, Ronald James Wanttaja, received a copyright on the computer program
"IFR" from the Register of Copyrights on 14 March 1983.

Under the terms of the licensing agreement between myself (Licensor) and
Academy Software, Inc. (Licensee), signed 15 April 1983,  "Licensee may
remove the Software from its catalog and otherwise cease marketing at
any time, at which time all future marketing rights to said Software
will revert to Licensor."

As of October 31st, 1991, Academy Software Inc. ceased operation, and by
the above clause, rights to the program reverted to myself as of that
date.

I hereby authorize unlimited distribution of the work in any convenient
form (including executable code) for any personal or other non-profit
enterprise.

I also with to express my appreciation to Academy Software, Inc. for a
pleasant and profitable association.
